3. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, credentials, and approvals required for the project.

Delays in providing required materials or feedback may affect the project timeline.

4. Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be provided. Major changes or new requirements after approval may be treated as additional work and charged separately.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the final project deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment.

TheSiteCrafts may retain ownership of its pre-existing code, tools, frameworks, libraries, templates, and reusable components.

6. Portfolio

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, TheSiteCrafts may display completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

7. Third-Party Services

Projects may use third-party services, hosting providers, APIs, plugins, payment gateways, or software. Their availability, pricing, and terms are controlled by those providers.

8. Website & Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we cannot guarantee that our website or third-party services will always be available without interruption.

9. Cancellation

Either party may discuss cancellation according to the terms agreed for the specific project. Payments already made for completed work, third-party expenses, or approved work may not be refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

TheSiteCrafts will make reasonable efforts to deliver services professionally. However, we are not responsible for indirect losses, third-party failures, or issues caused by information, software, hosting, or services outside our control.
